Formación

  • Proven experience in Sales, SDR, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Fluent/native in Spanish & Portuguese; strong written and spoken English is essential.

Responsabilidades

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from our website and paid campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach to outbound prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Perform initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s needs and buying potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead handovers to Sales Executives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for managing and qualifying a mix of inbound and outbound leads across both B2C and B2B segments in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Your goal will be to build strong first-touch relationships, assess customer needs, qualify prospects, and pass them on to our Account Executives or official Distributors & Installers in the region. You’ll play a crucial role in fueling our pipeline with high-quality opportunities and ensuring seamless lead management throughout the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales, SDR, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Fluent/native in Spanish & Portuguese; strong written and spoken English is essential.
