A leading technology company in Madrid is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive targeted prospecting campaigns and identify qualified leads. This role requires a minimum of 2 years in business development and proficiency in a Nordic language alongside English. The ideal candidate will leverage sales tools and collaborate effectively within a distributed sales team while achieving set monthly quotas.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative. You’re a front-line A-player who identifies qualified leads and opportunities.
CV in English is required
Conduct targeted prospecting campaigns across focused industries and regions to develop high-quality outbound leads and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute innovative, structured, and strategic prospecting plans with specific calls to action
Immediate action on inbound and campaign leads (MQLs)
Record and document all activities in CRM (Salesforce), following company protocol
Leverage other marketing tools to identify and prioritize prospecting efforts while validating and cleansing data
Achieving the monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Own data management relative to performance, campaign, and operational execution
Minimum of 2 years proven business development; success through effective use of core sales tools. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
Some Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) and English .
Short communication channels, fostering creativity, as well as an international, professional environment with exciting opportunities, and an open-minded, dynamic corporate culture with training and development
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual Qualified Opportunity creation goals
Achieving annual ACV contribution from SDR-sourced Qualified Opportunities
Strong collaboration with the respective vertical team on top target plans
Bi-Weekly collaboration with dedicated vertical Accounts Executives and Marketing.
