Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define the local strategy in alignment with the company's global vision and objectives.
• Lead and oversee key areas (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to ensure sustainable growth.
• Manage the country's P&L, controlling costs, investments, and profit margins.
• Develop the local market by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company to clients, partners, institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team, fostering corporate culture and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to the international management team on results, forecasts, and market developments.
