Formación

  • Expérience dans la protection contre les incendies ou un secteur similaire.
  • Expérience de travail dans de grandes entreprises multinationales.
  • Mise en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de travail et systèmes.
  • Excellente maîtrise verbale et écrite de l'anglais et de l'espagnol.

Responsabilidades

  • Assister le département des ventes et l'équipe commerciale.
  • Participer aux appels de vente et soutenir les associés du département des ventes.
  • Assurer la communication interne entre la direction, les RH et les employés.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour garantir la gestion efficace des ventes, des demandes et des livraisons.

**Sales Coordinator & Office Manager**:

**What you will do?**

The person selected will assist sales department and sales team with all sales department needs.





He/she will participate and attend sales calls and support sales department associates, ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the office in coordination with the Site leader.

The person selected will be responsible for the internal communication, serving as a point of contact between management, HR and employees, and carry out ad hoc projects according to needs.

Also he/she will collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

**How you will do it?**

GENERAL SALES SUPPORT ACTIVITIES
- Quotation & order process Support/Input-System Pricing Contracts, Pricel List, Price Hierarchies
- opportunity Management Chase role-Customer interaction Quote/Order follow up.
- Support and interface between IS/CS (BBC)/Customers-Management Reporting
- Power BI, Sales Force-RMA Coordination

TRAINING
- Coordination of the Madrid Training Center
- Coordination Before/During/After-Room booking (Reservation & Cancellation)
- Preparation-Co-Ordination of visitors and requirements during training-Travel, Hotel,



Foods of Visitors

ADMINISTRATIVE
- Office Environment, Safety-Documentation support
- Legal Entity & Signatory requirements
- Ad hoc projects-Main point of contact with suppliers for any complaints about invoices, changes in information and communication with the corresponding accounting department-Internal communication, serving as a point of contact between management HR and employees-Conduct internal process audits and support the annual external audit as well as the achievement of ISO certification.

**What we are looking for**

Education and experience related to the role

Use of ERP/SAP and CRM/Salesforce System-Excellent verbal and written command of English and local language-Knowledge (Spanish)

Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint advance level.





Experience working in the fire protection or similar sector.

Experience of working for large multi-national businesses

Implementation of new working methods and systems-ERP systems experience within a SAP environment
