A leading fashion and luxury company located in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate to join their Emporio Armani store. As an ambassador for the brand, you will ensure clients have a positive shopping experience and fulfill sales objectives. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of fashion sales experience and possess strong communication skills. This role requires proficiency in English and Spanish, along with a passion for fashion. The position is primarily based in Barcelona and aims to build lasting customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Sales Associate 40 hr for our new Emporio Armani women corner store in Plaza Cataluña.

Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.

PROFILE

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Vocation for customer service.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (other language is a plus).
• Residence in Barcelona.
