Formación

• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 focusing on Technical Monitoring.
• Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Landscape Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Manage threshold values and notification management.
• Conduct functional testing of monitoring setups.
