A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant for a crucial global transformation project. This role requires a functional expert with extensive experience in configuring Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate will excel at designing business processes, managing data, and driving user acceptance testing. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Spanish is a plus. The position offers flexible work options and has a potential duration of 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on technical and functional experience with Workday HCM.
• Workday Pro or Partner Certification in HCM Core is highly desirable.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday’s object-oriented architecture.
• Proven track record of navigating global implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional configuration and support of Workday HCM Core and its modules.
• Design, build, and optimize complex Business Processes to meet organizational requirements.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into configurations.
• Manage data loads using EIBs and develop calculated fields for reporting.
• Audit Role-Based Permissions to ensure data privacy across regions.
• Drive unit testing and user acceptance testing for Workday releases.

Conocimientos

Hands-on technical and functional experience with Workday HCM

Workday Pro or Partner Certification in HCM Core

Expert-level knowledge of Workday’s object-oriented architecture

Proven track record of managing stakeholders across multiple time zones

Excellent written and verbal English

Spanish fluency
