This remote full-time role includes recruiting and onboarding affiliates, monitoring campaigns, and analyzing performance data. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in affiliate marketing, strong project management and negotiation skills, and a passion for building and managing partnerships. Formación

• 12 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate/partner marketing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and maintain relationships.
• Monitor and manage affiliate programs ensuring campaigns perform well.
• Communicate with affiliates to resolve issues and ensure support.
