About the role

We are looking for a Regional Business Partner Real Estate who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first : )

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage real estate projects, transactions, and processes for international Jungheinrich business units.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, standards, and strategies, while adapting them to regional requirements and promoting harmonization across the region.
  • Coordinate the internal approval process for real estate projects, including preparing decision papers for executive management.
  • Collaborate closely with local business units, external consultants, and service providers to deliver effective real estate solutions.
  • Develop and execute real estate solutions aligned with the corporate real estate strategy to meet business unit needs.
  • Oversee project management activities, including evaluating site alternatives, negotiating leases and contracts, and coordinating related activities.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and execution of the corporate real estate strategy.
  • Manage real estate data in collaboration with local business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor regular real estate performance reports, focusing on portfolio optimization.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management competences.
  • Relevant professional experience in real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios and / or within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder oriented and structured personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically in PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Partially traveling required.
Nice to have
  • German would be a plus
