Overview

Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled HR professional to partner with our senior leadership and hotel managers in implementing consistent HR policies and practices across multiple locations.

This role involves collaborating with regional HR directors, hotel HR managers, and local teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence in all HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and hotel HR managers to implement effective HR policies and practices.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
  • HR Operations Excellence: Ensure seamless payroll, compensation, and benefits administration across all sites.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a key advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • International Mobility: Supervise employee relocation processes, including visa and work permit applications.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR management or supervision, preferably in hospitality or service industries with regional responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven international experience or exposure to multicultural work environments.
