About The Role :

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Alliances Manager for Spain to design, build, and execute a successful channel strategy. Success involves developing strong relationships with existing partners, strategically recruiting and onboarding new partners, and increasing partner-originated opportunities within Distribution / VAR / Reseller and Referral channels. This role is open to candidates based in Spain.

What You'll Do :

• Develop a business plan to achieve target revenues and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, territory, partner accounts, and competitors.
• Coordinate with Channel Solution Architects for partner enablement.
• Support engagement between internal teams and partners' sales and technical staff.
• Plan and execute marketing programs and events to generate interest among partners' customers.
• Stay informed about CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, and competitive landscape.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need :

• University or college degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, proactive problem-solving skills, and initiative.
• Experience developing new partners and managing relationships with decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, from sales reps to C-level executives.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Previous channel sales experience in information security and broad technical knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
