The Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) oversees Asset Protection, security, theft, fraud, investigations, and related procedures within the field. The RAPM supports and interacts with club management to analyze shrink, identify profitability gaps, and address issues related to protecting company assets. The RAPM partners with club management and business owners across the Field and Home Office to identify opportunities to protect assets, reduce shrink, maintain a safe working environment, streamline processes, and recommend solutions.

Remain current in all asset protection-related technical skills, including CCTV, alarms, POS analytics, investigations, and case management.

Work with club management to maintain the security of our buildings, including cameras, alarms, and security details.

Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and organized retail crime cases; communicate results; provide recommendations for prosecution and terminations; perform in-person interviews of internal theft/fraud cases as requested; close cases thoroughly and timely.

Collaborate with clubs, peers, and the Director to develop shrink strategies, assess high-risk areas, address team member incidents, and maintain a safe environment.

Coach and support Club Management through regular meetings, trend analysis, investigations, and strategic planning.

Develop partnerships with support teams such as Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and Facilities to support clubs and create awareness.

Assist in training and monitoring SAP, shrink reporting, merchandise tracking, reverse logistics, and inventory processes.

Analyze SAP data to identify operational issues and recommend solutions.

Lead during critical incidents and workplace violence situations, including data gathering, interviews, and preventative measures.

Support company initiatives and strategic priorities based on industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of multi-unit Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience in retail
  • Formal training and certifications in Interview and Interrogation; CFI preferred.
  • Experience conducting critical interviews via phone or video conferencing.
  • Proven success in investigative processes from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of regulations and industry practices related to criminal charges.
  • Understanding of retail profitability, data analysis, and trend identification.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Overnight travel up to 75% required.
  • Daily in-club visits in assigned area required.
