Trabajar en Holanda is a Spanish company with Dutch roots, based in Madrid since 2013. We are part of the Dutch dental group Clinias Dental Group, whose headquarters are located in Breda (The Netherlands).

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging dentists interested in working in the Netherlands through presentations, events, social media, and campaigns. Conducting interviews (mainly online)

Liaising and collaborating with dental schools and universities

Delivering online informational presentations

Coordinating with an external agency for social media campaigns

Updating content on the company website

Creating and preparing content for social media platforms:

• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube

Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles is a plus

Interest in digital marketing and social media

Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

High level of Spanish, Dutch, and English

Contract for 25–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Mainly remote work
