The Employee Expense Management Lead positioned within the Procure-to-Pay function of our international financial shared services centre will be responsible for overseeing the performance and KPIs of the BPO team to ensure the consistent achievement of quality standards.
The Senior Manager Record-to-Report (R2R) is responsible for leading and developing the R2R team within the Shared Service Center. This role ensures high-quality efficient and compliant execution of all Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger (G / L) Intercompany accounting Fixed Assets and Cash Application. The Senior Manager acts as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting.
Your team will be located in Pune India while your key stakeholders are based in Northridge California USA.
