A vibrant hotel in Spain is seeking a dedicated individual for office management and guest relations. The role involves overseeing reservations, managing guest check-ins/outs, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication in multiple languages. As part of a team, you'll handle various tasks crucial for customer satisfaction and hotel reputation.
Responsible for making and managing reservations, working with computers and maintaining records, greeting guests during check-in and check-out, and allocating rooms efficiently.
Handling complaints and resolving problems, dealing with special requests, managing accounting and payments, and communicating in multiple languages via phone, email, or in person. The role involves multitasking and assisting in other hotel areas as needed.
30 hours a week, 5 days a week, 2 days off
Answering telephone calls, managing check-in and check-out processes, controlling bookings and availability, overseeing prices and promotions, resolving issues, basic accounting, payments management, assisting customers, and maintaining online reputation through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.
