A leading logistics provider in Spain is seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee real estate strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with teams. The role includes managing lease agreements, negotiating transactions, and implementing sustainability projects. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of real estate management experience. Strong financial and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in English expected. The position is based in Alcobendas, with expected travel across the country.
In this position you will provide leadership over the real estate strategy and function, and you will also collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Operations and Engineering as well as Legal, Finance and Lease Administration and external partners including customers, landlords, developers, brokers and advisers to lead and complete new location development / searches and lease renewals.
In this position, you will report directly to the Real Estate Manager Italy Spain and Portugal Leader.
You will be based in Alcobendas. Travel expected across the country.
