Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working in the real estate sector in an agency or developer.

  • Residency in the area of Marbella, Estepona, or surroundings is a plus.
  • Driving license and own vehicle.
  • Fluent level of English and an essential third language: Russian, Polish, Dutch, and/or German.

What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and advise clients interested in purchasing properties from TM Grupo Inmobiliario's portfolio.
  • Identify client needs to offer options that best suit their preferences and budget.
  • Provide clear and detailed information about the properties, including features, pricing, financing, and associated services.
  • Develop close relationships with current and potential clients, fostering loyalty.
  • Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
