Quedan 3 Días: Arquitecto/a Senior con Alemán/Francés

Join to apply for the role at PINEDA ARQUITECTO/A Senior, with experience in the German/French market.

Pineda Consultants Group is a consulting firm focused on Architecture, Engineering, and Project Management, with a wide list of national and international clients in the industrial, logistics, and residential sectors.

We want to expand our team by incorporating a Senior Architect at our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities:

1. Development of projects in various phases, under the supervision of the project director, including drawing plans, specifications, and reports.
2. Carrying out procedures at any project stage, according to specifications and legal requirements, considering deadlines.
3. Task coordination with collaborators and communication with clients when necessary.

Profile and Requirements:

• Degree in Technical or Higher Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in the German/French market.
• Knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
• Advanced user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Lumion is a plus.
• Native-level German/French and high proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is valued.
• Availability to travel across Europe.
• Driving license.
