A leading industrial company in Madrid is seeking an Engineer to join their team in implementing and integrating quality processes into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP. Working directly with the Quality Manager and the Solution Architehts of AVK Holding, you will be responsible for standardizing and digitalizing quality processes across multiple industrial production plants within the AVK Group, with a strong focus on acting as an ERP super-user for quality functionalities.
Your role will ensure that quality processes are properly integrated into the ERP and related applications, supporting traceability, regulatory compliance, and effective use of digital tools in the short, medium, and long term.
Define and document quality requirements and processes across plants.
Act as ERP super-user for quality modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O:
Develop End User Procedures (EUPs) and guides to support ERP users in quality processes.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure proper integration of quality processes into the ERP.
Act as a point of contact for Operating Companies on ERP Quality related issues.
Contribute to data traceability and reporting for audits and decision-making.
A key role in one of the AVK‘S top-priority global projects.

University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
At least four years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in production of industrial goods and equipment.
Experience in quality management in these environments is a plus, or experience with ERP implementation / improvement in quality processes.
Practical experience as an ERP super-user (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O; SAP, Oracle, or similar also valued).
Knowledge of process digitalization and data traceability.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel to production sites, including international projects.
Availability to travel 30–40% of the time.
