Your Role: We are looking for an Associate Quality Infrastructure Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge testing strategies for internationalized and innovative business processes. In this role, you will oversee critical project milestones to ensure quality standards, build and maintain robust quality infrastructure, and utilize AI technologies to optimize development efficiency and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective test plans and strategies for internationalized innovative business processes, and oversee critical project milestones to ensure quality standards.
• Build and maintain quality infrastructure for the assigned business domain, including automated testing, production safety, and resolving testability challenges while ensuring system stability.
• Use AI to build up innovative testing platforms and tools tailored to business and system characteristics, optimize R&D testing processes, and enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with a strong academic foundation; 1+ years of experience in software testing or development.
• Extensive experience in testing large-scale, complex systems; demonstrate strong test analysis and design capabilities, risk identification, and project management skills. Prior experience in e-commerce transaction process testing is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in automated test development or software development.
• Prior experience in automation, financial security, performance testing, or production safety is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, stress resistance, sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
