Accountabilities:

• Prepare, manage, and monitor testing processes across all stages of development
• Define and implement QA strategies to continuously improve product quality
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to identify and resolve issues
• Clearly document test results, bugs, and quality metrics
• Share QA best practices with the wider team to support knowledge growth
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product improvement discussions

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a QA Tester
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and test execution
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and ability to document issues clearly
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and interest in industry trends
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• A collaborative, solution-focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
