Role Overview

As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing network of publishers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in managing publisher accounts within the mobile ad tech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long‑term, high‑trust relationships with senior decision‑makers at publisher companies.
  • Serve as the key commercial contact for publishers, understanding their goals and aligning Mega Rewards’ value proposition.
  • Manage day‑to‑day communications and support needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention across our publisher base.
  • Facilitate clear communication throughout onboarding and ongoing support processes.
  • Monitor publisher performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, revenue) and recommend optimizations.
  • Provide insights and guidance to publishers on maximizing yield and enhancing monetization strategies.
  • Share market insights and publisher feedback to help shape product roadmap and commercial strategy.
  • Represent Mega Rewards at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in publisher management, account management, or partner success — ideally within mobile ad networks, mediation platforms, SSPs, or monetization tech.
  • Strong track record of maintaining and growing commercial relationships with mobile app publishers or supply partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to work with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Deep understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems, ad formats, SDK integrations, and publisher monetization strategies.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing a large portfolio of publisher relationships.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data to inform decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
