Una empresa en la industria financiera busca un/a Project Manager altamente capacitado/a para liderar y entregar proyectos de TI. Se requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el sector bancario, y un sólido conocimiento de sistemas de TI en entornos regulados. El candidato ideal debe ser fluido en inglés y español, con habilidades analíticas y de comunicación excepcionales, y la capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades al mismo tiempo.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos de TI, preferiblemente en el sector bancario.
• Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado.
• Experiencia en proyectos de prevención de blanqueo de capitales es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la entrega de proyectos complejos de TI para clientes del sector financiero.
• Colaborar con stakeholders internos para definir el alcance, objetivos y planes de recursos.
• Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del alcance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for clients in the financial sector.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, time-lines, and resource plans.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverable.

• Analyse data and project performance metrics to optimise delivery and identify areas for improvement.

• Produce clear, concise reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and implementations in regulated environments.

• Ability to connect technology solutions with client business needs and strategic goals.

• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex information effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and business teams.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Experience in Anti-Money Laundering projects or compliance environments is a strong advantage.
