A leading project consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to conduct feasibility studies for photovoltaic power plants in Romania. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in energy project management and a strong background in renewable energy. Responsibilities include overseeing the feasibility study for a PV plant with energy storage, ensuring successful project implementation over a 12-month period beginning September 2025.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in energy sector project management.
• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience in renewable energy project preparation.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in feasibility studies for clean energy projects.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a feasibility study for a PV electricity production plant with energy storage facilities.

Conocimientos

Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1)

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and MS Teams

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the implementation of a project funded by the EIB, titled: Feasibility studies for PV power plants in Jiu Valley. The organization is seeking experts to support the core team during this project.

The main objective is to conduct a feasibility study for a PV electricity production plant with energy storage facilities in the municipalities of Aninoasa, Lupeni, and Uricani.

Location: Jiu Valley, Romania.

Duration: The expected start date is September 2025, with services to be provided for 12 months from this date.

Key Expert: Project Manager (Category II)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1).
• Romanian language skills are an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and MS Teams.

General Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in energy sector project management.

Specific Professional Experience:

• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience in renewable energy project preparation, with at least 3 projects.
• At least 5 years of project management experience as Team Leader or Project Manager in feasibility studies for clean energy projects, with at least 3 projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager in feasibility studies for electricity storage projects, with at least 2 projects.
• Experience working in Romania and internationally is considered an asset.
