Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Prior work experience in the banking, payment processing, or credit card industry is highly valued;
• Comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying fiat transactions;
• Knowledge or work experience with AML fiat provider;
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, non-standard approach to problem-solving;
• Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues;
• Ability to work with Google Docs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Work in AML fiat provider, update and create new rules;
• Handling chargeback situations. Increase win rate, taking responsibility regarding the not-resolved/lost requests;
• Identify, investigate and analyze high-risk transactions;
• Operating data to identify any suspicious transactions and connections between customers;
• Analyze customer transactional behavior, identify patterns;
• Handling inquiries from NDA.
