Project Manager

to join our management team, responsible for client management for project definition, execution and delivery.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing development and integration projects from scope definition through to delivery.

Projects include conceptualisation, strategy definition, development, delivery and subsequent monitoring, optimisation and evolution. In addition, these projects can be cross-functional between teams and internal departments or end customers.

You will work with different teams within the company and with our end customers' teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage any of the company's projects, including internal projects from the internal roadmap, external projects from clients or even specific collaborations with healthcare institutions. You will manage the projects assigned to you, ensuring that costs, deadlines and quality are met and that the required reports are produced for each project.

Project development and management
  • Scope definition, including internal and external requirements
  • Manage client communications and stakeholders engagement
  • Project planning and monitoring
  • KPI definition and monitoring
  • Project execution: Oversee project activities from kick-off to delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate regular meetings with department managers

Act as a central point of contact for aligning departmental objectives and ensuring cohesive project delivery (technical, medical, legal).

Pre-sales support
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to define and refine the scope of commercial proposals
  • Customer focus / engagement to define scope and requirements
  • Project and roadmap status reporting to senior management (C-level)
  • Contribute to the development of new proposals: scope and value proposition definition
Requirements and Competencies / Skills

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing projects and teams simultaneously, setting delivery targets, team and client empathy and adaptability, as well as communicating and tracking project metrics.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing digital / medical / technical projects and teams and strong knowledge of project management principles (waterfall and / or agile)
  • Fluent business English and Spanish required
  • Ability to establish organisational metrics, monitoring, optimisation, prioritisation and decision‑making
  • Knowledge of KPI monitoring and performance analysis tools and methodologies
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and results oriented person
  • Leadership. Strong team management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
