A global leader in advanced composites located in Illescas is seeking a full-time Production Operator. Responsibilities include managing production processes, maintaining quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsabilidades

• Carry out operations related to production processes.
• Clean and maintain the Plant and work area.
• Ensure quality in the production processes.
• Supply raw materials to the production line.
• Withdraw finished products from the production line.
• Package and label finished products.
• Identify materials and their locations.
• Complete required work documents.
• Conduct laboratory tests for process control.
• Monitor environmental and safety regulations.

Hexcel is currently seeking Production Operators repalcement full time for our Illescas location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

• Carry out operations related to production processes.
• Cleaning, maintenance and order of the Plant and the work area.
• Quality assurance in the production processes in which it participates.
• Supply of raw materials to the production line and other equipment.
• Withdrawal of finished product from the production line and other equipment.
• Packaging and labeling of finished products and intermediates.
• Identification of materials and their location in the areas assigned for it.
• Complete the work documents that are required.
• Carrying out process control laboratory tests.
• Collaboration with Safety and Environment in the monitoring of environmental and safety regulations adapted to current legislation.

Qualifications:

• Valuable knowledge of continuous training processes.
• Internal learning.
• Training in handling chemical products, segregation of waste, control of environmental emergencies, etc ...
