Role Areas
Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes
  • Set up new tools for long-term capacity planning.
  • Manage upstream finished product and material supply.
  • Lead the process automation efforts.
Process Engineering for Wipes
  • The Process Engineer is responsible to improve results in the core production process.
  • A qualified resource principally focused on process reliability, process improvements, and quality results.
  • A technical resource that assures the application of technical knowledge and problem solving approaches.
  • The technical owner that assures process changes do not negatively impact performance.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure performance using suitable project management tools and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Continually develop leadership skills.
