Mission and responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will support the definition, documentation, and alignment of the global Assisted channels product (branches, contact centers) for banking transactional flows. The role’s primary objective is to translate business needs and standard practices into global functional specifications, ensuring consistency and scalability.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Gather, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for transactional processes in assisted channels.
• Identify standardization and process improvement opportunities across countries and systems.
• Contribute to the definition of the global product functional roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, development, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with global standards and business objectives.
• Support prioritisation and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Work closely with global and local business teams to capture needs and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation.
• Map and analyse end‑to‑end transactional flows and customer journeys.
• Support testing and validation of new functionalities before deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent in English.
