We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR technology leader to take on the Product Owner role, shaping and influencing the product roadmap based on our product vision in collaboration with the cross-functional team. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience to a diverse user base.

Tasks
  1. Planning: Shape and influence the product roadmap based on our vision, prioritize product requests, and develop our HR tech platform.
  2. Coordinating delivery: Manage the design and delivery process, ensure timely feature completion, communicate with customers and technical teams, and handle roadblocks.
  3. Leadership: Enable the team to achieve results, eliminate roadblocks, foster a collaborative culture, and lead conversational AI/experience design meetings.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Listen to stakeholders, communicate requirements, and explain the technical rationale and business value of your recommendations.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused with good energy, motivation, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Experience with conversational AI/conversational experience design.
  • Proven ability to establish roadmaps in the HR tech ecosystem, understanding customer needs.
  • Business and technical savvy, with a big-picture vision and drive to realize it.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations and collaborating across departments.
  • Experience in Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with developers, understand technical explanations, and suggest approaches.
  • Ability to grasp architectural concepts and discuss technical aspects confidently.
  • Experience in product discovery and researching new features independently.
  • Skill in identifying and mitigating solution risks using various methods.
