We’re on the search for an experienced Product Owner to join our Product Team. Our offices are based in Málaga, 32 Alameda Principal, but we are a remote friendly company with both remote and hybrid opportunities, so our team works where they like!**What’s the opportunity?**This is your chance to make a significant impact in an ever-expanding scale-up with your product and technology experience. You will play an instrumental role in developing our product range by ensuring that the product vision is effectively realized by our engineering teams.**Do you enjoy?**- Defining and refining features that bring user’s joy?- Delivering product to a rapidly growing user base?- Driving the connection between business outcomes and product releases?- Releasing innovative features every week, month, and quarter?- Seeing the product development cycle through to completion?- Collaborating with product and engineering?- Being part of a supportive and innovative culture?If you do keep scrolling!**What will you do?**You will work with our product team to analyze customer requirements and align the product roadmap with the strategic goals of the company.To achieve this, you will:- Help define and maintain the product roadmap with short iterative cycles of analysis and prototype development.- Work alongside product designers and product managers to scope requirements, develop user stories, maintain clarity, and define acceptance criteria so we can ensure quality, and we know when done is done!- Constantly manage the backlog and ensure that priorities (and resulting epics and stories) reflect the business goals of the organization.- Support the engineering teams with strong feature definition, sprint goals and objectives, enabling bi-monthly development sprints to remain focused and productive.- Develop launch plans, and work cross-functionally to help us ship frequently and successfully!- Participate in sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.- Define success metrics and analyze pre and post release data to understand and iterate on product releases.- Develop a deep knowledge of our customers and our development process to ensure rapid yet risk averse delivery of business value.**Requirements**:**What we expect from you**- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline- 3+ years' experience in product development- In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles- Understanding of business value around feature/functions- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs- To make a meaningful individual contribution to Alkimii- A love of User Interface and User Experience- Experience with qualitative (user) and quantitative (data) analysis- First principles thinking, always ask the why before the what?- To have fun and enjoy working as a team**Benefits**Full time competitive salaryWellbeing programs, learning and growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work on new projects every 6 - 9 months.
