Our Product Operations team is responsible for keeping our products running smoothly, ensuring consistent performance, and resolving issues through proactive monitoring and early intervention before customers are impacted.

As a Product Operations Engineer, you\'ll analyze data, enhance our monitoring tools, and play a vital role in delivering reliable performance for our customers. This is a mid-level position reporting to the Product Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, Reporting & Problem Management: Expand alerting systems, monitor failures, troubleshoot issues, collaborate across teams, and forecast resources.
• Monitoring Product Performance: Establish KPIs, generate reports, address issues, and manage IPs including capacity forecasting and cost management.
• Configuration Updates: Implement global or specific node updates to improve performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or cross-functional technical role
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Kibana, Grafana, Google Data Studio, SQL)
• Understanding of computer networks (DNS, HTTP, TCP / IP, TLS / SSL)
• Knowledge of proxies, web browsers, and internet protocols
• Desirable: web programming standards (HTML, Javascript, APIs, REST, JSON, MySQL)
• Experience with APIs and web services
• Familiarity with Linux / UNIX or Mac Terminal tools
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong teamwork, analytical, and technical writing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Proven problem-solving, creativity, and innovation skills
