As a Product Manager at Acronis, you will play a large role in our data pipelines, analytics, and reporting that are critical to our decision-making processes. This is a highly technical role within a dynamic cybersecurity team that values continuous learning, innovation, and best practice sharing. The Product Manager will collaborate across various teams and have a tangible impact on the product's security.

The Product Manager will be joining Acronis at a time when it is actively expanding its cybersecurity product portfolio and will have the chance to work on cutting-edge cybersecurity and AI capabilities used by hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. This position is within the Acronis Cybersecurity product team, which owns the company's entire cybersecurity product suite.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  1. Develop and document high-quality technical requirements for the cybersecurity product, aligning with industry standards and guidelines.
  2. Conduct regular security analyses and threat assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential improvements.
  3. Contribute to the creation and refinement of cybersecurity features, maintaining a deep understanding of emerging technologies and best practices.
  4. Write product feature specifications.
  5. Decompose new functionality ideas into technical requirements and oversee their successful implementation.
  6. Participate in early-stage discussions of business ideas, providing technical expertise and constructive critique.
  7. Engage actively in team discussions and review sessions, offering technical insights and process improvement suggestions.
  8. Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to develop comprehensive security strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  9. Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams for seamless cybersecurity integration.
  10. Perform competitive analysis.
  11. Develop, implement, and measure KPIs for the product roadmap; utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
  12. Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 3+ years of experience in crafting technical requirements for cybersecurity products.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, including current trends, solutions, and best practices.
  • Understanding of system frameworks, software development processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in risk analysis, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience in the MSP market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
