Una empresa líder en productos de construcción busca un Product Marketing Manager para gestionar la cartera de productos y desarrollar estrategias de marketing. Las responsabilidades incluyen la planificación de productos, la gestión de campañas de comunicación y la formación de productos. Se requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en liderazgo de marketing, habilidades analíticas sólidas y dominio del español e inglés. El puesto se basa en Carballedo, Galicia. Ofrecemos un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en liderazgo de marketing de productos, preferiblemente en el sector de la construcción.
  • Capacidad demostrada para apoyar a los socios de canal.
  • Actitud proactiva y habilidad para colaborar con equipos diversos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el marketing y la cartera de productos de manera general.
  • Analizar las actividades de la competencia y realizar investigaciones de mercado.
  • Comercializar, lanzar y promover productos nuevos y renovados.

Product Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the local Marketing Director and based in our central offices in Rivas (Madrid), the job holder will be

Responsibilities
  1. Overall Marketing Management and Product Portfolio Management
    • Co‑develop Annual Plans for managed product categories in the local market – including revenue, profitability, key marketing activities, and allocation of marketing budget. Oversee implementation of the plans.
    • Co‑define local product portfolio based on local market conditions and Selena Corporate must‑have list and strategy. Act as the Voice of Customer, outline local needs for products, and ensure the Corporate product portfolio is appropriately localized for local conditions.
    • Develop and successfully execute growth programs built around newly launched or existing products.
    • Prepare NPRs (new product requests) for products intended only for the local market, and provide full marketing support for these products.
    • Manage product sunsetting – recommend products to be retired and prepare activities to effectively close the index.
    • Regularly analyze sales data for managed products with conclusions for discussions with HQ Product Management and local Sales.
    • Participate in budget preparation and constantly manage relevant marketing expenses with monthly forecasts. Report incurred costs in accordance with Selena processes.
    • Flag product quality problems to HQ Product Management, determine and oversee corrective actions.
  2. Monitor and analyze competitor activities
    • Conduct market research activities and analyses in cooperation with HQ Market Intelligence.
    • Regularly visit distributors and contractors (End Users) to better understand their needs, pain points and resulting opportunities.
  3. Product Marketing for the local market
    • Commercialize, launch, and promote products (both new and refreshed products).
  4. Oversee product margin levels – flag risks
    • Develop actions to improve margins (e.g. limit Trade promotions, price increases).
    • Develop and implement promotional programs for products (ideas, organization, execution, supervision of actions, post‑activity reviews).
  5. Multi‑channel Marketing Communication and Demand Generation
    • Oversee delivery of communication (digital and traditional) campaigns being executed by MarComm specialists – to ensure that they deliver on goals set for managed products.
    • Organize events (planning and execution of the activities) to promote managed products. Prepare communication briefs for planned activities (e.g. for trade fairs).
    • Work with Sales to prepare presentations for key customers.
    • Cooperate in planning trade promotions and Sales support.
  6. Product and application training
    • Collaborate in preparation of webinars and traditional trainings for End Users and Customers – content adaptation / localization, preparation of content briefs and content for local webinars, and targeting / outreach briefs.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations for product trainings for local Sales.
Requirements
  • 5 years of Product Marketing Leadership preferably in construction field.
  • Demonstrated focus on End User accompanied by strong capability to support Channel Partners.
  • Can‑do, hands‑on, self‑starter attitude combined with high ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and effective plans.
  • Language: Spanish & English professional.
