- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explore and analyze data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover insights beyond pre-built dashboards.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional team dynamics and effective collaboration with research, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, or business teams to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to define product hypotheses using techniques like competitive benchmarking and test them through experiments.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with digital products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, valuing occasional in-person meetings at the office.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with outcome-based planning; we value common sense over frameworks.
- Experience in real estate platforms or marketplaces.
- Ability to conduct user research as needed.
- Proficiency with SQL queries or alternative analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy with stakeholders and keep them aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor market and competition to inform product decisions.
- Analyze user and internal team input to identify opportunities.
- Explore product data directly: create datasets and insights to support decisions.
- Translate user and business needs into clear requirements with UX collaboration.
- Work with developers to prioritize and maintain the backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Monitor product performance and evaluate impact using data.
- Communicate updates regularly to internal teams.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers for consistency across products.
- Lead go-to-market plans with Marketing for product updates or launches.
