A leading academic publisher is seeking a Product Development Director to oversee the development of English learning products and lead a global team. As part of the Propositions senior leadership team, you will oversee the development of our English learning and ILA portfolio, ensuring products are pedagogically sound, commercially viable, and technologically advanced. You will play a key role in defining and delivering on our product strategy and leading transformation across print and digital formats.
You will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness in both print and digital formats to allow Cambridge to continue to lead the market.
You are a strategic and visionary leader with deep experience in educational publishing or EdTech. You thrive in complex, fast‑paced environments and are driven by the opportunity to shape the future of learning.
