Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Solid programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Proven track record in product analytics: defining KPIs, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, A/B testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and Ad hoc reports to monitor product and trading KPIs.
• Perform advanced SQL and Python‑based analysis to support decision‑making and product optimization.
• Partner with Product Managers, Trading, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth.
