The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in procurement within the health or food sectors. This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, combining strategic sourcing with compliance management.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive procurement strategies that will support our company’s international growth across EU, US, and APAC. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization, ensuring compliance with global standards and building reliable, competitive, and sustainable supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and long-term relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and execute procurement strategies balancing cost, quality, and risk.
• Oversee purchase order processes and manage supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Quality on sourcing priorities.
• Support new product launches with supplier readiness.
• Maintain supplier, pricing, and performance data in ERP systems.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Several years’ experience in procurement or supply chain (health, food, or ingredients sector preferred).
• Proven success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and global sourcing.
• Familiarity with U.S. procurement practices highly desirable.
• ERP systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
