Malwarebytes is looking for…

A Lead Design Strategist who will define and implement a design vision for our products that align with user needs and business goals and create Outstanding User Experiences. Design intuitive, visually compelling solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and web-based apps that simplify complex workflows while maintaining consistency and usability across platforms.

What You Will Do:

• Advocate for Accessibility and Usability – Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and informed by user-centered principles.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver impactful solutions from concept to implementation.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

• Drive Continuous Improvement – Lead user testing, analyze insights, and iterate on designs to continuously improve satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure Seamless Implementation – Work closely with engineers to deliver polished, high-quality implementations of your designs, addressing technical challenges proactively.
