Formación

• No prior experience required for Junior Level; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development for Specialist Level.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in battery development for Senior Level.

• Provide technical support for designers and managers.
• Guide or manage developers in achieving deliverables.
• Lead supplier convergence for development and industrialization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure product / process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggest optimizations
• Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
• Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc.
• Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
• Lead Supplier convergency for development & industrialization.
• Suggesting technical solutions.
• Signing of plans by team leader delegation.
• Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM).
• Quality Documentation.
• Quality and Planning of Tooling Go Ahead.
• Initiate technical Documentation.
• Managing Lup resolution.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience: Junior Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Specialist Level: minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development.

Senior Level: Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.

Background in some of the following areas: Languages: Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable.

Availability to travel frequently (20% time) to the clients' facilities.
