To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Performance Strategist / Manager who will take full ownership of our paid media and growth marketing machine.
Your mission: own performance marketing end-to-end – from strategy to execution – to maximize profitable growth, boost ROAS, and ensure every euro invested delivers measurable business impact.
This role is for someone analytical, structured, and relentlessly results-driven but also entrepreneurial, treating the brand like their own and eager to help build a bold success story.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Design, launch, and scale full-funnel campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
- Take full ownership of budgets and allocate investments based on business objectives.
- Build and implement a structured testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, bidding, formats).
- Align media strategies with Papa In Shape’s overall growth goals.
Data-Driven Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Conduct structured post-mortems to extract insights and refine strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data across dashboards and reports.
Creative Performance Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to produce ads aligned with key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR…).
- Translate performance insights into clear and actionable creative briefs.
- Lead systematic testing of formats, hooks, and storytelling angles.
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform best practices to guide creative strategy.
Budget & Profitability Management
- Manage budgets with a strong focus on unit economics (CAC, LTV, margin, ROAS).
- Reallocate spend dynamically to top-performing campaigns, audiences, or platforms.
- Anticipate ad fatigue and coordinate creative refreshes.
- Balance growth with profitability by aligning budget decisions with business priorities.
CRO & Post-Click Optimisation
- Optimise the user journey beyond the click (landing pages, checkout flows, etc.).
- Partner with CRO / UX teams to maximise conversion rates.
- Lead structured A / B testing of CTAs, layouts, and funnel steps.
Innovation & Channel Expansion
- Continuously test new platforms, ad formats, and acquisition tactics.
- Track competitor strategies and market trends to inform innovation.
- Scale successful experiments into core acquisition channels.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Build scalable systems and SOPs for campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Automate workflows and reporting to increase efficiency.
- Document learnings and foster collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Fluent French / English
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in paid social & search. Must have spent and managed a minimum advertising budget of 150 à 500 K per month.
- Proven track record in DTC / e-commerce scaling, ideally in infopreneurial expertise beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
- Mastery of Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube – both tactical execution and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of complementary growth levers (CRM, influencer marketing, CRO, creators).
- Highly analytical with deep knowledge of unit economics and attribution.
- Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and driving profitability.
- Strong communicator and team player, able to influence cross‑functional teams.
