Job Today is a fast-growing tech company transforming the hiring experience by making it faster, simpler, and more human. We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You will play a critical role in scaling growth through data-driven execution, strong analytical thinking, and close collaboration across teams, all in a remote-first environment.

You have 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta, ideally within high-scale consumer apps or marketplace businesses.

You bring a strong hands-on mindset, owning campaigns end-to-end, from setup and daily optimization to scaling, automation, and performance troubleshooting.

You have a proven track record of driving sustainable growth through paid search, paid social, and app acquisition, with a strong focus on efficiency, CAC control, and long-term impact.

You are highly data-driven and comfortable navigating complex performance ecosystems, combining platform data, internal BI, attribution models, and cohort analysis to guide decisions.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you enjoy turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

You are confident presenting performance insights, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

You have a strong experimentation mindset, with hands-on experience designing and scaling A / B tests, incrementality experiments, and structured testing roadmaps.

You are proactive, accountable for results, and thrive in fast-paced, remote-first and high-ownership environments where execution and impact matter.

You have excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus in our multi-market environment.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding.

Design and run experiments (campaign A / B tests, causal impact studies, geo-based incrementality) to continuously improve ROI, ARPPU, and overall profitability.

Analyze performance across multiple data sources (platform data, internal BI, market trends, attribution & incrementality) to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency and profitability.

Champion automation and experimentation, AI, leveraging scripts, automated rules, bid strategies, and structured testing roadmaps.

Regularly present performance insights to leadership, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and influence strategic decisions across Marketing and the wider organization.

Identify opportunities for growth by deep-diving into search intent, competitor activity, category trends, and performance patterns.

Collaborate cross-functionally with creation, analytics or the supply team to build high-impact campaigns and performance improvements.
