What you will do
As our new People Operations Specialist, you will report to our People Operations Manager. You will be the dedicated operational anchor for our team in Spain, managing the full employee lifecycle with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. In addition to your primary focus on Spain, you will provide global support to the People & Talent team through administration and reporting.
Where you will have impact
- Ensure a smooth and accurate payroll process for our employees in Spain and support global payroll operations.
- Take full ownership of our Spanish employee benefit programs, from enrollment to communication, while also supporting our broader EMEA and APAC benefit initiatives.
- Partner with the EMEA People Operations team to plan and execute the annual Total Rewards review, ensuring our compensation remains fair and competitive.
- Proactively stay updated on Spanish employment laws and regulations to ensure our policies and practices remain compliant.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, leverage AI-driven solutions, and continuously improve our global HR practices.
- Actively contribute your expertise to key People initiatives, including year-end processes, forecasting, and M&A activities.
- Serve as the go‑to People Operations representative for our Barcelona office, supporting employees with their HR questions and guiding them to the right resources.

- Draw on your experience as an HR Generalist and your foundational knowledge of Spanish labor law, specifically regarding payroll and benefits.
