Description

The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Global Pensions & Benefits team as a Pensions & Benefits Manager –Pension Reporting Co-Lead, where strategic impact meets subject matter expertise. In this role, you’ll co-lead the global reporting process, driving oversight, control, and advisory excellence across our pension plans. On top, you will play a key part in shaping and managing our pension programs strategically ensuring they are designed and implemented in line with regulatory requirements and our global governance standards. This also includes continuous improvement by leading and contributing to a wide range of pensions and benefits projects across local, regional, and global levels.

How you will make an impact

  • Global Pension Reporting with ownership of end-to-end oversight, control, advice, and active management alongside our Global Pension Reporting Lead

  • Act as central liaison between global/local actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and external auditors to drive seamless reporting cycles

  • Manage quarterly and year-end Pension Reporting, including data validation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies

  • Support audit coordination, prepare documentation, and respond to auditor queries in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Lead and contribute to pensions & benefits projects across local, regional, and global levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement

  • Strategically managing pension programs, ensuring legal compliance, cost control, vendor quality, and competitive positioning

  • Provide expert guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits and decent knowledge pension reporting and analytics

  • Degree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject

  • Proficiency in use of IT tools/applications and strong skills to work with Microsoft Office

  • Strong ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization and expertise in communicating across business units, functions and jurisdictions

  • Profound Project Management experience – leading and coordinating stakeholders to achieve project objectives

  • Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills

  • Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management

  • Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic and inclusive, curious, and wanting to learn new things, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
