We are now looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator who will support Luxury Escapes' growth across APAC, EU, and US regions.

Leveraging strategic partnerships, with a data-driven approach, and a performance marketing mindset, this role aims to optimise traffic, forge valuable relationships, and shape the future of the brand.

What you'll do:

• Identify, contact, and onboard potential partners in line with agreed guidelines.
• Lead affiliate operations across APAC, EU, and US to ensure cohesive and profitable strategies.
• Report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the partner program based on KPIs and business goals.
• Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategy.
• Apply a performance marketing mindset to optimize traffic sources and publisher relationships.
• Drive strategic development across channels including publishers, influencers, YouTubers, and social platforms.
• Support business expansion by aligning with sales teams, nurturing affiliate relationships, and demonstrating technical proficiency (e.g., HTML editing, tracking pixel implementation, creative asset optimization).

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing or in a similar role.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large sets of data.
• Familiarity with technical aspects like HTML, tracking pixels, etc.
• amiliarity with tools such as AHrefs, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, among others.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
