Una empresa del sector lujo busca un Asesor del Cliente a tiempo completo para su tienda en La Roca Del Valles, Barcelona. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas, habilidades interpersonales y pasión por el retail. Se ofrece un ambiente inclusivo y la oportunidad de crecer dentro de la organización.

Formación

  • Experiencia previa en roles de ventas, preferiblemente en empresas de lujo.
  • Fluidez en inglés y se valorará otro idioma.

  • Alcanza un excelente rendimiento de ventas y resultados.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to complete the team in our La Roca Outlet in La Roca Del Valles, Barcelona.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensures an unique client experience, supporting Customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
  • Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
  • Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
  • Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
