We are looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our Food & Beverage business in Poland. Based in our vibrant office in Terrassa, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, re-engaging past customers, and opening doors to exciting new business opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with new prospects to drive qualified leads for the Sales team
  • Re-engage past customers and uncover new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research on potential clients and identify new sales channels
  • Qualify leads from other Donaldson divisions with potential for cross-selling
  • Support digital sales via Click-to-Chat service and online campaigns
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Engineers to schedule impactful client visits
  • Contribute to the success of targeted promotional campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A natural people-person who thrives on phone calls and enjoys making connections
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales goals
  • Technically curious and quick to understand new products and solutions
  • Confident in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English are essential
