Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Own deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalation.
• Escalate hot topics immediately — no surprises.
• Mentor teams and enforce accountability.
• Proactively request resources when delivery is at risk.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication.

Conocimientos

Proven PM experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native platforms

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Agile methodologies

Jira or similar tools

Familiarity with SOC, ISO 27001

IT governance

Scale-up mindset
