We are creating a network of ARTIST MANAGERS for each European, American and Asian country, to promote the excellence of our artists/professionals and create job opportunities for each of them.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

• For this reason we are looking for professionals coming from Theatres, Festivals, Production Companies and Operatic Institutions with the following mandate:
• To weave a network of profitable relationships with Artistic Directors and Superintendents;
• To find artistic opportunities with efficiency and timeliness;
• Promptly propose our Artists according to the seasonal programming;
• Manage the economic aspect of the contract between the Artist and the Theatre and/or Production, coordinating with the Head Quarter for all aspects of form and substance;
• Follow up with the Artist/Professional with care, availability and attention, creating a productive and happy bond;
• Will be responsible for all assigned Country, having the entire roster of the company at his/her disposal; and
• Will interface daily with the Head Quarter to discuss the best choice in terms of artistic opportunity, availability and affinity of the individual artist / professional with the production;
• To suggest to the Head Quarter talented artists/professionals to be evaluated for possible inclusion in the roster

IDEAL PROFILE CHARACTERISTICS

• Knowledgeable and sincere lover of the Operatic compendium;
• A professional who already has fiduciary relationships with Theaters/Bodies/Foundations/Festivals/Production Companies in the assigned territory;
• A professional who knows how to best organize his/her work and is able to effectively close artistic opportunities.
• An excellent linguistic ability in the native language and fluent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Italian, German, French and Spanish are a possible plus;

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS

• The company offers a percentage well above the market level, equal to an average of 15% of the contract signed with the Artist/Professional.
• a collaboration contract with exclusive mandate and increasing opportunities, to the success of the activity.
• The initial contract is a collaboration with VAT, with a fixed monthly from the 6th month, after reaching the minimum targets required.

PLACEMENT TIMING AND COUNTRIES

Lyric Opera Management plans to introduce the Country Artist Manager between December 2021 and January 2022

Relationships with the Head Quarter will be by remote and in-person, at the assigned country.
