A multinational technology company is seeking an Online Store Manager to drive sales and manage campaigns for their online store in Madrid. The successful candidate will track performance data, collaborate on new product launches, and lead creative execution for e-commerce. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or E-commerce, fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and strong skills in Excel. This position is full-time and 100% on-site.

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Online Store Manager to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the official online store.
  • Track and analysis on sales and traffic related data, and providing insights and optimization suggestions based on the performance.
2. End-to-End Store Campaign Management
  • New Product Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with local team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for country. Coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources for successful local Amazon online store launches.
  • National Promotion Plan Management: Based on the overall strategy of Pan-European Amazon, coordinate with local GTM team to formulate monthly sales plan.
  • Product Operations management:
  • Guide operation specialist for product listing, including listing optimization, Q&A and reviews.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock risks.
  • Conduct daily store inspections to identify operation-related issues, and track issues solving progress.
3. E-commerce Creative & Visual Execution
  • Guide design specialist for assets localization and optimization.
  • Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for Amazon user experience.
  • Conduct regular checks on unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.
  • Ensure store information and policies (e. g. , logistics, payment, delivery) are updated in accordance with Amazon platform updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • High level of English, Spanish and Chinese.
  • Solid understanding of Ecommerce platform operations, campaign mechanics.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Conditions of the position
  • Contract Type: Indefinite whit us.
  • Location: Madrid. 100% on-site.
  • Schedule:Full time from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 09:30 to 16:00 with the breaks established by law.
  • 200 per month in restaurant card.
